Carol B. Canter, CPA, is a cum laude graduate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.  She is a graduate of North East High School and she resides in Erie.

Carol joined the Firm in 1986. Currently, she is a principal of Gorzynski, Uglow & Farrell, P.C.

Carol is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma, Beta Alpha Psi and Garnet and Gold Junior Women's Honor Society.
